Reach complete Customer satisfaction by top efficiency: - Gathering and evaluating both all of our Customers' claims and returned goods, by solving all of non-compliance causes and subsequently: improving our product quality level. - Defining and promoting, by any means, information campaigns in order to improve our relationships with our Customers. - Promoting an unceasing product improvement, and that apart from both possible claims and Customer's Satisfaction level.. Broaden both technical and organizational knowledge of our Staff : - Promoting and Planning training sessions, mostly for those playing a key role in the Organization. Strengthen the Company's position on the market: - Defining by Business Plan and Improvement Plans all the necessary indicators to assess the Organization status, with particular reference to non-quality costs, process efficiency, position on the market and to the profit resulting from industrial activities.
